Linhof Camera 70 is made almost entirely of metal.
At first glance, it is a classic dwarf house.
The camera, however, has extremely advanced features such as lens shift in all directions, headlamp tilt and rear standard tilt, which is usually reserved only for large format cameras.
A very innovative solution that appeared in this model was the addition of a sight with a precise rangefinder, which, using a specially calibrated cam and stops on the headlamp rail, can be scaled to a wide range of lenses.
An additional convenience is the selenium light meter, which, however, is not linked to the shutter speed or the diaphragm.
The camera is extremely precisely made with high attention to detail to which Linhof fans are accustomed.
The camera was available for sale until 1979.
